How to book with Incredible Heritage India Tours
You can browse & select from our large collection of Tailor-made tours for India & Nepal and get in touch via our online enquiry form to get started. Please do share as much detail as possible, as we will design a unique tailor-made itinerary especially for you. We will get in touch on the same day. Alternatively, send us an email or call us – we’d love to hear from you.
Once you have got in touch with us to share your ideas, we will then email you with a hand
crafted itinerary which has been designed especially for you. Along with the itinerary, we will share a quote. If the quote is over your expected budget, please do not hesitate to let us know and we would be delighted to offer alternative accommodation options according to your budget and price range.
After receiving your initial tour itinerary and quote, we will then ask you if you would like to make changes. We are absolutely flexible with our packages and every aspect can be modified as per your requirements from the accommodation to the sightseeing to the destinations and much more.
There’s no limit on the amount of time we will spend moulding your holiday – we welcome you to ask for alterations! This also means that we offer varying levels of assistance, as we understand that every traveller is different. Once you are pleased with your tailor-made India tour, we will then guide you through our reservation process.
To book your trip with us, we would first email you our travel booking agreement along with your finalized & detailed travel program. This booking document simply states all the services to be provided by Incredible Heritage India Tours, along with the agreed price.
After your confirmation of trip we may require a copy of your passport, if you have any domestic flights, trains with your tour or to book your safaris in National Parks.
We would also ask you to pay an advance deposit (20% – 30% of your total package cost) to book your trip with us. This amount is used to book your internal flight and train tickets. All the hotels we will book from our end. Rest of the Payment you will pay on arrival in India.
After receiving your advance payment and passport copies we immediately book your flights and train tickets and send these tickets to you along with the acknowledgement of advance payment as contract document of tour by email. Later we start your hotel reservation according to your dates.
In the mean time we will also send you your reservation details (your Tour Docket number and Password) so you can log-in to our website to see your tour status online. This log in area contains your day wise itinerary with hotel details like telephone numbers and current reservation status. This section is also a tracking device for all our guests, and this information can be used by your friend and family to trace you while travelling in India. Please keep your password safe and secure.
We will also send you all your travel documents, tickets, hotel vouchers, helpful information on getting around in India. This information includes travel tips, health and safety requirements, do’s and don’ts, the Indian roads and basic Hindi phrases, along with a map of your tailor-made journey through India.
However, you no need to print and carry any document with you. We simply email them for your reference. We will provide all these documents to you on your arrival in India. Along with printed documents we will also present you with a complimentary phone with Indian number which you can share with your family to get in touch with, as well as with us during your stay in India.
