We offer this private day tour in the Jaipur City with car & driver and local guide. If you have only few hours or one full day to spend on sightseeing in Jaipur, we suggest you try this tour of all the must-see places in and around Jaipur. During this trip you can enjoy elephant ride up to Amber fort if you go early in the morning. There are only a limited number of elephant rides, but jeeps are available at any time.
Tour Schedule:-
08:00 AM– Our driver and guide will meet you at your pickup point (your hotel/ Jaipur airport/Train station) and proceed for the day tour of Jaipur.
08:30 AM– Visit Amber Fort with Elephant ride. The fort situated on hill 12Kms from the city. Some of the main attractions of the fort you will visit:
- Shila Mata Temple: It is a great attraction of the fort as it houses black marble idol of goddess Kali. It was bought by Man Singh in 1604. The beautifully carved silver gates of the temple are also a major attraction for the tourists.
- Diwan-e-Khas: The colored glass of the private audience depicting the Rajputs is also a great attraction for the audience.
- Diwan-e-Am: The double raw of majestically shaped pillar continues to astonish the tourists for several years.
10:30 AM– Visit Nahargarh Fort: The smallest of the three forts, notable primarily for excellent views over Man Sagar lake and the vast sprawl of Jaipur.
11:30 AM– Visit City Palace Complex:The City Palace is an imposing blend of traditional Rajput and Mughal architecture. There are also a number of other attractions in the palace that not only lures tourists. These attractions are also play a vital role in making the museum look more beautiful. Some of the places in the museum are as follows:
- Chandra Mahal
- Diwan-e-Khas
- Badal Mahal
- Sri Govind Dev Ji Temple
12:30 PM – Jantar Mantar (Royal Observatory):The Jantar Mantar is the largest of five astronomical observatory build by Maharaja Jai Singh during the period 1727-1734 in north India. It is located in the City Palace complex.
13:00 PM – Hawa Mahal (Wind Palace):The splendid Rajput style architecture of the palace provides a window into the character of the city. Features like 953 windows in front of the monument enhance the honeycomb look of the palace. There are also a number of other remarkable features of the palace that continues to astonish the tourists. The five storey building built with red and pink sandstone is highlighted with lime does not feature any stairs. It only has ramps to go from one floor to another.

15:00 PM– Visit Albert Hall Museum:The famous Albert Hall was built by Sawai Ram Singh II in the year 1868. Modeled on the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, the museum boasts wide collection of art and culture. Tour to the Albert Museum also offers a number of other attractions. Presence of a greenhouse, a sports ground, an aviary, a zoo and the Ram Niwas Garden is an added attraction of the museum.
16:30 PM–Visit Birla Temple:This enormous white marble temple was built during the year 1988, by Birla Group of Industries. The Temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu (Narayan), the preserver and his consort Lakshmi, the Goddess of wealth. The best time to visit the temple is during the evening as during this time an Aarti (prayer) takes place. The temple also looks magnificent as it is lighted up.
17:00PM– Visit the local market including Chhoti Chopad, Badi Chopad, Johari Bazaar & M.I. road (famous for handicrafts, jewellery and stones etc.)
19:00 PM– Drop at your departure point (hotel/airport/train station).
