Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: New Delhi (Welcome to the capital of Incredible India!)
Warm welcome to India! You will be received by our representative at Delhi Airport and proceed to your hotel. On the way, your tour guide will present you all your tour documents, helpful information on getting around in India and also your complimentary mobile phone. The rest of the day is at your leisure to settle in. Depending on your arrival time, if you’d like to begin exploring Delhi on the very first day of your arrival, your driver is always available there at your disposal to escort you anywhere you’d like to go.
Introduction: Delhi is the capital of India and its third largest city. Delhi is one of the oldest continually inhabited cities in the world. Having been the capital of several empires in ancient India, Delhi is a major city in the old trade routes from northwest India to the Gangetic Plains. Delhi consists of two parts – New Delhi, the city created in 1911 as the imperial capital of India by the British and the Old Delhi, the Muslim capital of India between the 17th and 19th centuries.

Day 2 : New Delhi
After breakfast full day sightseeing tour includes visit to Red Fort (always remains closed on Monday), Jama Masjid, Qutab Minar, Humayu’s tomb, Akshardham temple and Gurudwara. New Delhi City tour including some marvelous British Monuments like India Gate, Parliament House, President House, Government Avenue, India gate, Gandhi cemetery (Raj Ghat) and Lotus Temple. At evening visit the oldest shopping avenue of Delhi – Chandni Chowk (silver street) and spent time in shopping or enjoy photography in the streets of Old Delhi.

Day 3 : Agra (210 km from Delhi/ 04 hours drive)
Agra; an almost perfectly preserved 400 year old Mughal capital situated on the bank of Yamuna River, is home to India’s most famous landmark, the Taj Mahal. Agra was the capital of Mughal Empire in the 16th & 17th centuries and its superb monuments date from this era.
On arrival at Agra hotel, you will be met by our representative and assisted with check in formalities. Later in the afternoon, you will be picked up from your hotel and taken for a guided sightseeing tour of master piece, the world famous monument of Love ‘Taj-Mahal’. Apart from Taj Mahal, there is the magnificent Agra Fort and Itimad-udd-daulla’s tomb to visit. At evening enjoy view of Taj Mahal at sunset time from other side of river Yamuna. Stay overnight.

Day 4 : Jaipur (The Pink City) (240 km from Agra/ 04.20 hour’s drive)
Early morning visit ‘Taj-Mahal’ with rising sun for photographic view then back to hotel for breakfast and proceed for Jaipur enroute visiting Emperor Akbar’s deserted city; Fatehpur Sikri.
Jaipur; The vibrant capital of Rajasthan state, which is also known as ‘pink city” for the colour of the building in its wonderful old city. Founded in the 17th century by Sawai Jai Singh, from whom it derives its name. Reach by early evening time and check into hotel for short relax.
At evening visit most admired market in the world Johari bazaar, Chhoti chopper (famous for handicrafts, jewelry, stones etc.).

Day 5 : Jaipur
Morning enjoy elephant ride at Amber fort. After lunch set off to see the Pink city visiting Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), Jantar Mantar (the observatory) built in 1727 by Sawai Maharaja Jai Singh II who was a mathematician, an astronomer, an astrologer and a great musician of his era. Then visit the City Palace & Museum of the Maharaja of Jaipur with a fabulous collection of robes and saris in cotton and silk with gold latticed work.
Evening visit Birla Temple and enjoy the colorful Bazaar/market…

Day 6 : Mumbai (financial or commercial capital of India)
Mumbai; the capital of the Indian state of Maharashtra. It is the most populous city in India, and Mumbai is the commercial and entertainment capital of India, it is also the world’s top 10 centres of commerce. Most populous city in the world with a population of approximately 20.5 million. It is one of the most populous urban regions in the world. Mumbai lies on the west coast of India and has a deep natural harbour.
After breakfast you will be transferred to Jaipur airport to catch your flight for Mumbai. You will be received by our representative at Mumbai Airport and proceed to your hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Depending on your arrival time, if you’d like to begin exploring city, your driver is always available there at your disposal to escort you anywhere you’d like to go. Evening you can enjoy your time at Chowpaty beach.

Day 7 : Mumbai
After breakfast visit the major tourist attraction of Mumbai city includes visit to Chattrapati Shivaji Terminus (UNESCO World Heritage Sites), Gateway of India, Hanging Gardens and Prince of Wales Museum. You can also visit Elephanta caves and Gandhi Memorial. At evening you can also enjoy your time at Juhu Beach and Marine Drive.

Bollywood tour: On a half day Bollywood tour you can visit the film city sets where you can see glamour of Bollywood with big sets of people dancing and singing and more about postproduction of movies and about the process of how a film is made.

Day 8 : Cochin (Kochi; the commercial and industrial capital of Kerala)
From time immemorial, the Arabs, British, Chinese, Dutch, and Portuguese have left indelible marks on the history and development of Cochin. Over the years, Cochin has emerged as the commercial and industrial capital of Kerala and is perhaps the second most important city on the west coast of India (after Mumbai). This lovely seaside city is proud of its world class port and international airport that link it to many major cities worldwide.
After breakfast you will be transferred to Mumbai airport to catch your next flight for Cochin. You will be received by our representative at Cochin Airport and proceed to your hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Depending on your arrival time, if you’d like to begin exploring city, your driver is always available there at your disposal to escort you anywhere you’d like to go.

Day 9 : Cochin
Morning breakfast and then take a full day sightseeing tour includes your visit to Old Cochin, fisherman China Nets, Fish market, fort Cochin and old churches, the famous Mattancherry Palace (Dutch Palace), Bolghatty Palace, St. Francis Church and the Jewish Synagogue. Also see the giant Chinese Fishing Nets being lowered on the famous Vasco Da Gama Square, offering a spectacular view to its visitors.

Day 10 : Munnar (Only Hill station of Kerala) (140 km from Cochin/ 03 hours drive)
Munnar is the most beautiful and only hill station of Kerala. After breakfast departs for Munnar enjoying the panoramic view of the Cardamom hills & green carpets of tea plantations en-route. The mountains and rubber plants on the way to Munnar is most beautiful and worth to see.
On arrival check-in hotel and relax. Spend the rest of the day at leisure trekking around the tea estates.

Day 11 : Munnar
After breakfast full day sightseeing tour includes your visit to Eravikulam National Park, the Mattupetty Dam, Dairy Farm, Old Munnar Town and also walk through the market of Munnar. Evening at leisure.

Day 12 : Thekkady (Periyar wild life sanctuary) (130 km from Munnar/ 02.30 hours drive)
After breakfast depart for Thekkady. An enchanting Plantation Town Thekkady, located in central Kerala, is a popular wildlife centre with unending chains of hills and spice scented plantations.
Two art shows are very famous from here. First is Kathakali dance performance and the second is Kallari (ancient fighting art show).
You can enjoy boat safari at Periyar Lake located in the center of the wildlife sanctuary. Here you will be able to see a large variety of wildlife, which includes tigers, elephants, monkeys, deer, wild boar and different species of birds, can also be spotted. You can also take an elephant safari at sanctuary.

Day 13 : Kumarakom (Backwater’s paradise) (125 km from Thekkady/ 02 hours drive)
Morning breakfast and depart for the most beautiful and picturesque backwater destination of Kerala, Kumarakom. On the bank of Vembanad Lack it is a beautiful place to enjoy nature and feel the beauty of Nature. It is completely a relaxing place.
Kumarakom also has one of the finest bird sanctuaries of India. Enjoy exploring the beautiful surroundings or spotting an exciting range of colorful water birds in the Kumarakom bird sanctuary. You will enjoy your stay at your backwater resort, nestles on the serene bank of the Vembanad Lake, the vast stretch of tranquil, emerald green backwaters. Here you can enjoy Ayurvedic spa and massages treatment at your resort.

Day 14 : Alleppey House Boat (night stay at floating luxury houseboat exclusively for you) (35 km from Kumarakom)
After breakfast transfer to Alleppey houseboat point (Jetty) to embark on your houseboat (your luxury home on sail for next 24 hours). It is one of the highlight of your travel. Houseboat trip is the perfect way to experience the backwater lifestyle of Kerala.
The day long journey in the beautiful backwaters of Kerala is the only way to explore what otherwise seems more like a poet’s version. While sitting on the deck of your houseboat or while sitting in the spacious open sit-out area, outside your bedroom, you can see how daily life is running across both the corners of backwaters covering beautiful rivers and canals with palm trees and small houses near to it , villages paddy fields, churches, etc.
You can get out and get an experience of Toddy, soft liquor made from Coconut (it is safe, pure and sweet.)

Day 15 : Kovalam (Ayurvedic Beach destination) (170 km from Alleppey / 04 hours drive)
Kovalam and Poovar Island both are most famous beach destinations of Kerala. This part is famous for Ayurvedic treatments by natural medicines. Still it is considered one of the finest beach destinations of south India famous for its clean and beautiful golden white sand beaches and enchanting surroundings of swaying coconut palms. Here you can enjoy your time exploring the beautiful beaches or you can also enjoy many water sport activities.
Overnight stay at your beach resort.

Day 16 : Kovalam
After breakfast complete day at your leisure exploring the white sand beaches at Kovalam. Or you can visit the nearby Government headquarter and Capital of Kerala state, Trivandrum (also known as Thiruvananthapuram) (only 20 km from Kovalam ).
Here you can visit sightseeing including Museum, Padmanabha Swamy Temple, Science & Technology museum, Veli Tourist village, Aakulam boat club, Shangmugham Beach. Later back to Kovalam resort for overnight stay.

Day 17 : Departure
Today you are free to plan your day according to your departure schedule. Later at appropriate time you will be transferred to Trivandrum airport (25 km) according to flight schedule (03 hours before boarding).
